Horrible customer service / don't care

Their customer support is terrible. There's no supervisor, most people are exactly the same and there's no structure of purchase. Each low-level technology may do whatever they want. I talked with Johan (I believe) main prick. Clearly he's never had any client solutions instruction on sustaining a connection with clients. They do not worry about their clients, they're running a business just for themselves. I came across them-not to become an honest and ethical organization because of their methods. There are way too many different great camera websites available, better-looking individuals and less expensive. Streamate requires 65% of the artists cash, where almost every other websites do not consider that significantly (icams.com, sexier.com, myfreecams.com (just 50%), and imlive.com simply to name a few. I am likely to prevent actually pressing streamate.com or their websites again!!
