Harassment-Retaliation

On March 17 I was attending my computer class. I received a emergency phone call by a family member. I took the phone call outside of the classroom and as i answered the phone i was approached by officer Moss for the second time. She ordered me off the phone, without hesitation i hang up the phone. She stated i was breaking the rules. I stated to her that being on the phone in the hallway is not posted, and then i went back into the classroom and continued my studies.

10 minutes later she returned back to the classroom with the administrator (Gordon Kirrow), and he stated to me that Ms. Moss came and informed him that i broke the rule. I stated to him that he needed not to judge and to listen to my side of the story. He eventually told me to leave the building, i gathered my things and exited the building. On my way out i was being harassed again about the incident from another guard and i stated i will be filing a complaint to their supervisors for not being professional and harassment.

I was told the next day that i was not allowed in school and come for a meeting about the incident. I was told from the meeting that i was suspended for making a threat and threatening to come back to the school and do physical harm to facility, staff, security and etc. I have a witness to this incident that I've never made threats to anyone or to do physical harm to anyone. I was scheduled to graduate on June 3. This incident has caused me not be able to graduate. It was a falsified statement made by security Ms. Moss to instigate this situation. It is unfair, and my constitutional rights to go to school and receive my education. There is other evidence related to this case that i ask to whom it may concern and senator conyers. To explain retaliation Ms. Moss and I have had this conversation before where i asked her to explain the rule, when she ask me to leave the building when i was on the phone. She never explained the rules and she ask me to leave the building. I left the building and reported the incident to her supervisor CORPORATE BADER. I would like my case to be heard because I'm being hendered from graduating. Thank You. Hope to hear from you soon.
