Paid for DVD & Never Delivered

Purchased DVD set of "Charmed the Complete Series" from pjdeals.com in February. Paid by debit card which was immediately charged to my account. After many attempts to contact pjdeals to find out what was going on I got no where.in April I contacted the Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada. Which they opened a case against pjdeals (which is not a member of the BBB). After many attempts to contact pjdeals without any success they closed the case as unresolved.in May I received an email stating that pjdeals would not deliver merchandise or refund our money.
