Chanan Averbuch
This man coned my company out of thirty thousand dollars

I had a partner salesman who stole 30,000 dollars from me, Chanan Averbuch. We made allot of money in the construction business together for a while and when things went under for the real estate industry he pulled a nasty move.

Chanan got a large scale construction project from his uncle the owner of the Z hotel in Long Island City.
Our company funded the project, he collected the final payment from his uncle and ran off with the money.

He did the same routine with three other unsuspecting clients. He went to collect from three other clients final payment and ran off with the money.

He did this all under two days and under the guise of taking care of his newly born daughter.

I am trying to go to civil court and i do not have a dime to pay for lawyers because I am stuck trying to pay all the various project costs.

I looked up Chanan and his family too late.

A quick search will show him and his family owners of dozens of companies with barley any identity but a llc.

I wouldn't be surprised if Chanan has done this before and he will do it again.

Beware he acts like a religious jewish man full of religion and conviction.
