Making us go insane and loose are section 8 for money

We are on section 8 we have 4 kidz the oldest has mental problem and is going nuts because of all of this we moved over to fruitland we are living off 90 a month with food stamps this placem we moved in to had stuff still in it it had crank in the bath room and was just trash but we had no money at all so we could not go back home so we stayed here well my mother back home needs to get a heart transplan so we said ok we need to move back home for we could help her cause my father is really sick too so we call section 8 and told them they said ok but we need you to have the land lords sighn a termination of the lease

So we called them susan go's off on my wife saying we have to stay here and to F*ing bad then her husband Bert get's on the phone and say i really don't care about your person al life what do you want from us we told him what we needed that letter and then we could move well he said ok come over on this time and we can do it well we felt really bad about just packing and runing wich that was stupid caus we stayed the 30 days and 2week befor we moved he still would not sighn it at all he would not help on any thing at all well the toilet over flowed and got the carpet wet and went down stairs even thought i tryed to call him about the toilet when we moved in he said ok i do it soon never happend his wife has called section trying to get are voucher taken he is charging us 350 buck to dry the carpet and his wif has called us every name in the book we need help if you would like to help us call lory at sw idaho housing athority
