I had no idea i joined a idenity theft service, until i seen 2 deductions from my bank account for a total close to 40 dollars. I never recieved any emails from this company. I cancelled my so called membership (which i never belonged to). I did get a confirmation of cancellation however and i am yet to speak to service rep. For a refund.
