Withdrew money from my acc without my authorization

I recently applied online for a payday loan through last chance cash advance i filled out all the fields required, while waiting for answer some advertisements came on screen, i skipped all of them so i could get on with answer to my application, at the end they transferred me to a list of 4 other lendwers, one of these ads that was advertised was IDENITY THEFT INSURENCE which i skipped, a couple days later, today 03-20-08 my bank call me to inform me this IDENITY THEFT INSURENCE has deducted $31.98 from my banking account. Now thats a rip off
