I am writing this report after reading a complaint made against the Africa Society President, Bernadette Paolo by one of its former workers. The report was made to the board and I have also read the response by the board. The board did not deny any of the allegations or even address them.instead it chose to get rid of this worker and claim that it was due to financial reasons. But this worker was the most qualified person in the organization to provide education on Africa, which is what the NGO claims to do (I have reviewed his qualifications and experience on his website). Workers fairly, can we trust it to play the educational role that it claims to play?
