Uverse Picture Keeps Freezing Despite Multiple Repairs

Since getting ATT Uverse, I have had nothing but trouble. The picture keeps freezing up. I have turned in several calls and they still can't fix it. They have replaced the ire out side, the port at the terminal, and have replaced the main box several times. Although the techs are very nice and know what they are doing. They have not fixed the problem. At this point I will not recommend U-Verse to any one. I hope this gets to a person who can do something about this.
