I purchased Rosetta Stone Hindi Version 3 sets 1,2, 3 from a discount retailer online. I buy stuff online all the time, and everytime the retailer emails me confirmation of my order and a recipt with shipping information. After several days of not waiting, I went back to the company's website for the contact information. Well, the company does not really list their business name, and they do not provide a customer service line. So, I sent them an email and left feedback on their website requesting a receipt or confirmation of some sort that the company was not a scam. I never received a response. Then my order finally arrived, and low and behold not only were the audio companion headphones broken, but there was NO receipt or return shipping information. I sent them an email and left them feedback again, and again I have not received a response. I have filled a compliant with the international better business bureau, and I am going to file a compliant with paypall since that is how I paid for the product. Please save yourself the trouble and do not purchase anything from these people, this is very frustrating!
