Final Pay Check

I was hired in the verification department and specifically told them I did not want to be in sales. 4th day from hire I was told to sell sell sell sell sell sell, so I quit. It has been 18 days since I quit and I still have not recieved my final check. I have made 4 phone calls and every time was given the run around. All I can say is scam scam scam scam scam scam.
