Apparently this locatio store #10282 has more business then they need or deserve. I recently purchased a pound of coffee to be ground. The power went out so the associate handed me the bag and instructed me to go to another location to be ground.

I returned to the location and they ground my coffee. I pointed out to the manager on duty that she had missed two opportunities to provide outstanding customer service. I told her at no time was I offered a complimentary drink or coupon for the same for my inconveniance. She looked at me as if I had two heads and stated we are under constuction, and in a condesending manner and told me to have a good day. I told her I would not be back to her store and will tell all of my friends about how I was treated. I have been to many Starbucks, who when they made a mistake, straightaway made an offer to keep the customer happy. Customer service will either make or break a business, even Starbucks.
