No refunds allowed what's so ever!

The sales rep/manager tylor was nice enough, but he keeps you distracted with his gift for gab. He is nice until you ask for a refund because your not happy with what you got. It appears that this is their tactic. Talk fast so you are continually preoccupied. He continually talk how this company is honest and trust worthy. This should have been my red flag. I am very disappointed with the customer service after you pay for the vehicle. They come across as arrogant and uncaring about how you feel, but insist they are for customer satisfaction in the same sentence. Very unprofessional business attitude and ethics in my personal opinion. I have read since, many complaints all on the same way they have a NO refund policy and returns. They are NOT customer service satisfaction oriented, they are only for the all mighty dollar. I hope we can rally together and get a class action suit going. People like this should not be allowed to have a business. Very dissatisfied consumer. I do not recommend going to this car lot. Buyer beware!
