I will agree times 2 to the other reports everything stated was or did happen to me. I think for me the most disturbing call was the man who wanted to murder me and went into great depth and detail about this. I even told my ppl to not be surprised to hear of a murder serial killer in nature to happen soon. I was shocked speechless and had no idea how to continue with his sick fantasy, my next call was from a man who dreamed of prepubescent teen girls.in this field u know what you are going to talk about and have no problems acting but when u hear the callers and know they are a real wack job its different. My first day i was praised and told i was a "pro" with an outstanding handle time of 15 min. This gave me confidence in knowing i was doing good. A week later my handle dropped down to less than 3 min and i was kicked from the system and told i needed to be retrained before i could take calls again. Someone wrote in about the hangups for 2 -3 hours straight all i got were hang ups and i swear i began to think that the callers knew and just wanted to mess up my avg in spite. I cant comment on getting paid cuz i havent yet so i may be writing in again
