San Mateo County Medical intake Department
Still no Response

I have recently been placed on disability and filled for medical in San Mateo County after losing my home to a fire. I was mailed back information stating they needed additional information. I returned a total of 4 forms back. They have yet to call me. I don't even have a case worker on my file? I have called them more than 5 times and all they do is transfer my calls and blame another person. The last two times I called, I asked to speak with a manager and they would not put one on the line. I was told someone would call me back with in 24 hours and im still waiting. It has now been 5 days and nothing. The only thing one person indicated is that it went to the state for review. Which made no sense.
