Savebig.com don't give them your credit card. It is a scam

You click on a link from another site just to find out about what they are offering. They have you register and claim it is FREE. You agree to the terms and conditions... On the registration page. Ok. Then they ask for your credit card... And they allegeldy assure you this is just to check your identity..

BAM. They got you.

Then all of a sudden they are thanking you for $99.
You call your BANK./. And if it is Banok of America... They take the side of the merchant and tell you in the fine print the T&C's say they only give a $40 refund..

You say. Bologna. And you print of the T&C. And there is no where it saysd $99 and no where it says $40 refund..

Then Bank of America VISA card claims hang up on you.

Meanwhile you get in touch with save biog... And ask for a full refund. They over you ONLY $40... And say you really want a bidding package. To try us... Then the next email they offer you $27... And then they send you an email asking if you agreed to a $27 refund.

Sleezy.

Both Bank of America Visa. And Save BIG.

Ridiculous.

Do not give them your credit card... Michal at BOA said by clicking on their site you are agreeing to their T&C's... Well DUH Micheal. I got on the other computer and looked them up... NO WHERE does it say what Michael said it said. Who the heck is he working for?

On BOA website. To dispute a transaction. You cannot even indicate you did not authorize the charge...

Slimy.

Very very very slimy.

Look up the dispute codes. And send it in writing... And courtesy
copy Visa and Mastercard... (whichever card you have). Copy the Federal trade commission too.

Make sure you do it within a very short time frame. Let the merchant know you are filing "a chargeback".. Use the word "FRAUD"... And "unauthorized charges".

Use the right dispute codes..
