Natura Cleans (or Naturacleans) is a scam pure & simple. Here is how it works. They offer you a free sample of the product. You only need to pay for postage. Somewhere on the page where you place your order there is very fine or possibly invisible print (print the same color as the background) indicating that (unless you cancel within 14 days) you are agreeing to purchase products from a variety of associated companies. These products will ship to you automatically and it is almost impossible to stop these shipments once they start. Your credit card will be billed automatically. You will not be able to use your American Express card because American Express would return your money to you in a heartbeat. Sadly, my wife allowed them to charge $1.95 for postage to a Bank of America Visa. When I took this up with Bank of America (TO MY UTTER AMAZEMENT) Bank of America informed me that since my wife had given them her credit card number, these people can charge anything they want to my credit card for as long as they wish and it IS NOT FRAUD as far as they are concerned. They told me that this is a BILLING DISPUTE and I would have to deal with all of Natura Cleans associated companies separately. I would have to get them to let me return the products, give me an RMA number, mail the products back, and wait for a refund to my account. Bank of America tells me that even if I cancel that credit card, I WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for all charges made to that credit card in the future. The staff of their Billing Disputes department is well aware of this scam. They are the ones who explained to me how it works. I am angrier with Bank of America than I am with Natura Cleans. Neutra Cleans is probably headquarted in China or Russia. I have no information on that, but it is probably a company created for the express purposed of perpetuating this scam. I am very disappointed in Bank of America. They will not allow me to cancel my credit card and stop any future charges. I can cancel my credit card, but they will still bill me for any future charges. I can”t believe this!!!
