We were initially called for an appt. Several times by someone whose English wasn't understandable. Then after Mark D. Came all of the confusion began. He gave us one estimate (very high) for a certain project at our house and then the price changed. He also tried to add projects that we never wanted. He then said we never told him that we wanted the whole yard fenced in and that we could continue to use the existing fence on one side that is about 25 yrs. Old. We explained to him when he came and measured that we wanted all new fencing and the old fencing taken down. We asked to speak to his manager and we never got the chance. We finally cancelled due to multiple reasons and mainly because of the lack of professional treatment and when we asked for our copy of our survey that he probably lost he said he would send it but we never received it. Furthermore I wouldn't recommend the company and I suggest that this particular associate be re-trained on customer service.
