Not Being Refunded

I ordered flowers for my mom through them, and should have done my research before ordering from there. They listed their business as being located in the town my mom lives in, but this is not true. I then decided to cancel the order to go with a valid local business, and they said that I would be refunded within 3 to 5 business days, and now it has been a month. I have tried calling them at three different #s, two of which, say the number has been disconnected and the one listed on this website, the mail box is full. I am going to call the City in which they are registered. Never buy from an unknown business on the internet. Look for local businesses first!
