Do not do business with Pink Lotus / Pink Blossom Florist!

On Sept. 23, I placed a floral order online with Pink Lotus Florist. Flowers were for a baby's funeral in Burkburnett, TX and to be delivered before Friday 9-24. The flowers were never delivered. I have made numerous calls & sent numerous emails to this company with promises of a refund, I have yet to receive one. I am told by this company that my request has been submitted to the billing department, but when I ask for the number to the billing dept. I am told they are closed and they will give me no number. I have called a number 604-598-3312, that was on the BBB site, a man has a message on there stating the business name and to leave a message, but you can't because the mailbox is full. I have found alot of information on the internet claiming that this company is a fraud and numerous people have lost money, services have not been met and/or have been charged more than the said total of their floral order. I have contacted the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Surrey, BC, filed a complaint with the RECOL, ca in Canada & filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I am also going to contact FTD, The Attorney General's office & the permits & licensing dept in Surrey, BC. To see if this business has a license to operate I want my money back and this business to be closed down!
