Damage due to Parts Left Hanging

Monroe put rotors on back of my veichle/emergency brake pads broke off they never gave option to replace and left hardware hanging causing rear end noise and damage. Resulting in taking car else where 680.00. I have sent receipts and have been working with someone. I hope they fix it. She has been good in Rochester in customer service.

This guy tells me that my rear brakes have problem with the callipers. That is complete non sense. My rear brakes uses brake shoes that do not require callipers. I had a complete rear brakes done at 5
