Unprofessional Medical Office

My fiancee' had an appointment with this office this morning at 8:15. It was a little after 9 and he was still not seen, When he went up to ask what was going on the receptionist stated she was going to go and find out what happened since she had seen him there for a while now. He was there only for blood work. He was then told that it had been a long time since he had seen the md and needed to see the md in order to have the blood work orered.

What we dont understand is when he was in the office earlier this week for an appoitment he was never told that he needed to see the md. He was given the appt. We he told the receptionist that why was he then given an appoitment then for the bloodwork if he just needed to see the MD first. She responded they do not know that? Would you not think that when anyone walks in the office and ask for an appoitment they would pull the chart or at least pull the patient up before an appoitment is given? Instead they gave him the appoitment that he showed up for and waited for about an hour and did not have anything done. This is not the first time something like this has occured when dealing with this office, The staff if very unproffesional and when you ask them a question they really do not have a response. I would never recomment this doctors office to anyone and plan on filing a compalint with the corporate office and taking a step further. Something needs to be done to resolve this issue since it is an on going.
