Get it Together!

On the 15th of April I received an email from SBTPG stating that my refund was expected on the 15th but not received. Since then I have been trying to get a hold of somebody there. I was patient at first as I understand it was last minute for people to get taxes in. However, It is now 2 weeks later, the state claims they have already processed it. Where the heck is it then? SBTPG's recording just keeps telling me "your expected refund date was April 15th, Please call back in 7 to 10 business days" every single time! It has been more than that many days and the recording stays the same. If I would have known I'd be dealing with these clowns I would not have used TurboTax.
