Non Delivery of Merchandise

On Sept. 26th I ordered and paid for a custom made holster and rig for $245.00. This was for a pistol that I purchased from Stuart Palmer, owner of PB Precision on the same occasion. The holster was promised to be delivered by Thanksgiving of 2009. That date passed and I was told that it would be ready by Christmas of 2009. That date also passed and I was told it would for sure be ready no later than my 62nd birthday... January. Through many other promised dates and excuses for why it is still not ready... We are at April!

Have attempted on numerous occasions to contact Mr. Palmer but responses are extremely few and always with another excuse. Last response to any attempts from me to contact him was in Feb this year. Still no delivery of said merchandise.
