Recently I made a return to efaucets.com, I am entitled to a refund according to their phone representative. Efaucets.com representatives tell me the refund has been made, but the bank indicates they have not received a credit. Someone is lying and I think I choose to believe the bank. This has been going on with impersonal "Dear Valued Customer" e-mails going back and forth between efaucets.com and myself. All I get is redundant repetitive double talk from efaucets.com. "Have contacted the bank?" "Well we issued a credit, it must be there" I ask them to verify they have issued the credit and all I get back is "yep we issued it" no cancelled check no EFT verification of funds received. I wouldn't wish this cat and mouse game on anyone. Do yourself a favor and find another on line seller/vendor.
