Ripoff

I got a gift card i went to go eat at Applebees on the west side. The correct price was not there they took out more money then receipt said and i paid the girl her tip cash. So i paid double not to mention going to the gas station and being made a fool because of this. I tried to have a good day, um well, it wasn't. I found out it was a ripoff.
