Wait Time at Checkout

Wal-mart had a full page ad in this week's Tennessean about being more customer friendly; better pricing' etc. On Saturday April 16 I stood in line at the Charlotte Ave. Store for 29 minutes to pay for over $ 120.00 worth of goods. There were long lines at every checkout, as well as self-check out lines. The problem is not enough employees to take care of customer needs. I have complained about this problem to the manager before and it does not good. I even called Wal-marl headquarters in Arkansas at one point. That did not good. Can someone help those of us who shop at Wal-mart? I shopped 4 other stores that day. My longest wait was 3 minutes.
