Calling Customers Stupid

My grandaughter has a Cerebral Palsey but can talk and can call people as well. Today, she's been craving for chinese food and patiently waiting for the time for that said Chinese restaurant to open. Come about 10:30 she called Great Wall and asking if they would deliver in our place and apparently him not understanding what she's asking suddenly just yelled at her rudely and my granddaughter got scared and hanged up so she ask if i can call back, so i did. I called back and ask nicely if they would deliver in our place and he said yes so i went ahead and told him that we'll call back as soon as we decided what to get because we want to know first if they would deliver here or not. After i said that he told me that "I'M STUPID!" and he'll call the police if i called back because he thought that we were joking about the ordering and thought that i was the one who called before (he can hear my granddaughter laughing but she's not laughing at him but it's too loud that's why maybe he thought it was a prank call). But either way you look at it, i'm a customer and never should you say the word "STUPID" while you're running your business. Now, i'm thinking if he can be rude to customers what more can he be inside the back of that restaurant and with his employees. I hope something justifiable will done.
