Marq Clyburn wrote me a check for 300.00 on Feb the 27th 2011. The checked bounced and he insisted that it didnt. I believe this was just an attempt at stalling me. After several weeks of him avoiding me and ducking my phone calls, including telling me "just give me your account number and ill wire the money to you" and the famous "the check is in the mail". I have decided to pursue the matter in the Harris County Courts. I am asking the good people of this site if anyone else has had the same experience with this individual. I will not allow him to continue lying and cheating people. Do not take checks from this person!!
