Wrote me a VERY bad check, and has been writing them to other people as well. Claimed she works for a Erlanger Hospital

Christina Stewart of East Ridge, Tennessee, goes by either Christina, or Christy wrote me a bad check for a Nintendo Wii System with 12 games and accessories.

The games were Metroid Prime 2, Paper Mario, Donkey Konga with two Drumsets, Trauma Center: Second Opinion, Sonic & the Secret Rings, Wii Sports (5 games on one disc), Link's Crossbow, Mario Party 8, and Dance Dance Revolution Hottest Party w/two Dance Mats.

She responded to an ad I had running in the TimesFreePress on August 1st around 7:30 pm. I met with her at the Camp Jordan Area in East Ridge Tennessee, and she wrote me a check for $465, the amount I had in the paper. I had seen this person several times before, which is why I took the check from her. She said she worked at Erlanger Hospital, which is why I thought she looked so familiar. She was driving a 87'-91' Black Volvo at the time.

The check had orange and white clownfish on it. Which look like the fish from Finding Nemo. The bank on the check was First Tennessee. The account was vaild but very empty due to fraudulent checks, and overdraft fees. The phone number on the check was of course disconnected. I have tried several times to contact her with the phone number she called me from. Her mother keeps answering the phone and says that she is in Florida.

I have filed a police report, and I am taking the bounced/bad check to the County Courts Office to have a warrant issued for her arrest. I have also posted this information on Craigslist to warn other people. According to the Courts Office she has been writing bad checks for at least the last three weeks. She has apparently gotten jewelry, and other high dollar items from people by passing bad/bogus checks. The other people whom she has scammed have also gone to the County Courts Office to have warrants issued as well.

Christina Stewart of East Ridge Tennessee is a scam artist and doesn't mind lying to your face. She needs to be put behind bars so that nobody else will be a victim of her scams.
