Bait and switch

This car lot is unreal, They tried to pull a bait and switch on me, not sure if it was because i'm female or not. I found this car on internet 2009 pontiac g5 with 6717 miles $11,900.00. I called and spoke to Mike, he told me what I needed to know. Went to the bank to get the money, called him back with no luck, 2 voice messages plus to messages with the lady answering phone, still no return call. I called back got another salesman Jared, he will take good care of me, well in the mean time I sent a email to the company, Ed (sales manager) called left me a message, he was so sorry about poor service ect ect ect.in the mean time I called back spoke with Jared again, he said Jeff was there with him (another sales manager) so I also spoke with him, we set a time to meet everything was good. Five minutes later Ed called back wanting to know if he could help me with my purchase on the 2008 pontiac g5 with 43000 miles, I told him thats not the right car, of course I was wrong, he made me sound like I had no clue what I was talking about

So now I have $110.00 bank fees I have to pay with nothing to show for it, but a huge headache and not being able to trust anyone. I work in retail if I did something like that I would be fired. They should not be able to treat people like that. Thank you for your time.
