National search parts Bait and switch is all these people do!

I bought a 7.3 ford diesel engine from them with 80000 miles they did not deliver and one person said it was shipped then when I talked to the manager two days later he said the engine was bad and they found me another that was to have 65000 miles on it. So I finaly got my engine 1.5 weeks after I ordered it. I called as soon as it was delivered because
it did not look like it had only 65000 miles. It took Their partsoligest Jamell 2 days to respond to my call and I expressed my concerns and asked for a car fax to confirm 65000 miles.
Today 2 weeks later I finaly got a call from the manager and was told the engine had 180000 miles not the 65000 I had been promised! He played the recorded purchase from the original engine and said he could not do anything because I did not at the end of the recording say it was promised to have 80000 miles even though the partsologist said it did. I assumed that they were a reputibale company and if he was quoting me a engine originaly with 80000 miles and a replacement with 65000 miles that I did not have to repeat it on tape if there man said it was so! These people are a bait and switch operation and anyone buying anything from them should make shure everything they say is on the purchase recording or they will screw you with a bait and switch.
This was the third and last engine or any other part I will everbuy from them and I urge anyone else to look elsewhere for anything they need!!! The second engine I bought from them was for the same van that this one was and was told only 65000 miles on it. It failed after 25000 miles so did it have 65000 miles or was it also a bait and
switch? I leave it up to you to decide!

Today Jamel called me and asked what he could do because I was a repeat customer to make me happy. We settled on them refunding $500.00 and did a addition to the sales recording in which I agreed to the $500.00 and said
it would go a long way to helping the bad feelings I had because of getting a 180000 mile engine instead of 80000. He said it was because of my being a repeat customer and a (good guy). I told him it showed a lot for him to call and try to make it right. 20 min latter the manager called and said they did not like that I said the truth on the recording
and I had three option's #1 I could redo the recording (with out any statement of mileage) and they would
refund $500.00 #2 I could remove the engine at my expense and they would pick it up and refund my money or #3they would file something with you folks about how they did what they said and no refund. I told him if he wanted to refund half the purchase price I would with draw complaint. He said the owner would not do that and we hung up.

I would like to have the company owners contact info if possible because these others lie and back out of deals when ever they please. As a business owner myself I now you can not run a business that6 way and be successful. I thought he may want to know what his employee's are doing!!
