Poor Customer Service - Mercedes Benz

The poor customer service displayed today by owner, Andrew Nalecz, was unbelievable! To turn away an interested buyer was both arrogant and irresponsible. My money was not good enough for this man. I have never been treated so poorly at a retail establishment in my life. It must have felt like this in rural Mississippi back in the 50's. I was profiled as person that was not worth his time or consideration. I will warn people to stay away from this crazy, racist old man.
