Credit Pro Fees Charged Since 2004 Without Agreement

I just noticed that Macys has been charging me for a service I never agreed to! Ever since 2004 they been charging me a fee, but I never paid attention to it until now. If I go back and add all that they have been charging it would sum up to $446.76. I called and talked to Scott Marschall, he said I could cancel my membership, but I never sign to an agreement!!! And all he could do was refund $40!!! I should get my money back. I tried calling Macys and said that they had nothing to do with that, that it was a third party!!!
To anyone out there reading this please make sure you really pay attention to your statements!!! This is a scam!!! They will get you if you don't pay attention!!!
Credit Pro said that they were going to contact me back with further info!!! We will see what happens!!! I really hope but I doubt that I'm getting my money back. I tried googling their address and its no where to be found!
