Reschedule Reservations

In October I had reservations (Confirmation No. 110590) and due to my wife’s back surgery I cancelled those reservations at the Krystal Puerto Vallarta. On 10/14 – 10/19. At that time I confirmed that had until August 20 to reschedule the reservations and that if we wanted we could make those reservations for Cancun. On March 3.2011 I called and did make new reservations for Cancun on 6/7 – 6/12. I was told that I would have to pay an extra $176.24 which I did and got a confirmation Giftberry had received that money on March 9. I was told that I would be getting a confirmation from IMA on those reservations and to this day have not received any. I called on this on March 28 and again on April 6 and was told that they were taking care of it and I would be getting the confirmation in a few days.

I supposed that IMA was a reputable organization and I would not be scammed for a total of $527.57 but that is what is happening now. I will not reschedule my airline flight until I have a confirmation back and as the days pass the ticket prices go up. If there is something wrong with the reservations date I have not been informed. At this point will you return the money, give a confirmation number in a couple of day’s or can I assume IMA scammed me. If you have any insight on this get back ASAP. I am now going to the IMA website to see what can be done there.
