IEA charged our credit card and did not make our reservations

IEA charged our credit card on Nov 30 for a show in Philly for May. The hotel has no record of the reservations and Visa will not charge back the $1200 because it is over 60 days. IEA will not return our calls or emails.

We are now forced to make new reservations at a higher rate. We are paying more than double for these reservations.
