Extra Space Storage
Friendly Staff at East Boston Storage Location

I wouldn't normally take time out of my day to post any customer reviews, but I felt it necessary in this case.

In transition from moving out of my old apartment and into my new pad, I used Extra Space Storage in East Boston, MA to store my belongings for a few months. From the moment I was greeted by the man and woman who were working at the office, I was made to feel valued, welcomed, and appreciated. They did their best to accommodate what I needed, and were such friendly people. I was in a rush, and they took extra steps to expedite my move. Also, any time I called the national call center, or the local office, everyone was so friendly. I was actually in awe of how personable everyone was. Not one person sounded fake, scripted, or miserable like most cable company, telephone company, and etc. Customer service sound. These people are so real, genuine, knowledgeable, and amiable. This company also offers great discounts and promotions, the storage space is squeaky clean, and very accessible.

I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone who is moving, and wants to be assured and comfortable with a hassle-free storage situation.
