I took a loan out in Nov with a completely different company and at some point during that application there was a box that I was told I checked Yes for (I can't prove that I did or didn't). This Direct Benefits Group company got my info and have been charging me $39.95 for about 4 months now. I am only getting a refund back of $79.90 when they took $159.80? This company is not a company it sounds and acts like a scam.
