After having a lot of problems with EVO Mercchant Co. I decide to cancel and I get a call from Micky R. Sales rep, of Merchant Commerce he ask me for a copy of my last satatemant from EVO in order to give me a better deal and after he review it he oferd me a 1.50 % credit and 1.00% debit ; he also oferd 2 new machines on with I suppose to pay $ 49.95 per year. When I get the machines I found out that on of them was geting apart and the other one looks like it come from a junck yard or a paint shop. I also find out that they put my personal address in the customer receipt. So I call Micky and some one from EVO answer the phone "EVO the Company that I cancel and pay $ 250.00 cancelation fee" they transfer me to micky and I ask him why EVO answer the phone of coure he dennied that the two companies are the same. Anyway I told him all the problems I been having and he just refer me to some one else, the other person ask me to send a picture of the machines and never do anything about it.

I just get my statement and surprice Marchant Commerce got the same address than EVO, the same phone number and I just find out that Micky R. Offered me 1.00% debit and they are charging 1.50% again. I call Micky and he don't eaven return my calls or emails. Merchant Comerce and Evo Merchant are commiting fraud when not disclousure customers that EVO and Merchant Comerce are the same. I pay $ 250.00 cancelation fee to get rid of EVO and they are the same. I'm giving my customer receipts with my home address and I hope that don't cause any personal problems in the future. Micky offered 1.00% debit and I have it on writing. I also have in writing when Micky denied that the 2 companies are the same.
