Lies to applicants, said we take inexperienced drivers, but, then says 1 yr min otr to work there

I recently applied to pam transportation looking for work, lured by the ad which said we are the best place to begin your carrer. We hire inexperienced drivers! Great, i thought. I applied and waited for contact, a recruiter named Micky called and said my application was be reviewed. No further contact for week. I called her and was told main recruiter had taken file home-pls call back tomorrow. When i next contacted Micky, was told that I had to have 1 yr otr to be hired. When she was confronted with the fact their ad said inexperienced drivers were accepted, i was met with silence. I told Micky i would not call back again. These trucking co's should all be called Swift, because they are all the same!
