Ruined my Porsche 911 Carrera

Mr. Gaskins got my cat on 3/3. He was meant to do a professional paint job. His addvertisement showed that he had all the certifications and he told me he would do a great job.

When i went to pick up my car he arrived late driving it. I did find out that he was driving my car with a suspended license. The car was pitted all over and he told me he had another man paint the can and the filter in the gun was dirty and thus water got onto the paint causing the pitting. He said he would redo the job. I arrived on Monday 3/28 and this time it was worse than the first time. The car looked terrible and paint was running off the car. I called the police because he would not release my car without full payment. When the police arrived they told me that this is acivil issue and i would have to sue Mr. Gaskin.in order to get my car back I had to pay Mr. Gaskin. I have taken the car to another body shop and it is going to cost me even more now to corect what he did to the car. I am frustrated and disgusted that this can happen.
