Rip off artists

As i have read from many of you i am not the only person who fell for this rip off!!! I too ordered several "lego sets" from this company but only received manuals... I contacted the company first to find out where my order was because it seemed to be taking a long time and they wrote back saying that it usually takes 7 days to process an order. Then my "order" did arrive with the "free" figurines they promised. When i opened the package to find only manuals i contacted the company and they said they were sorry for the confusion and to return the items for a refund. I did so but when i went online this morning to contact the company to see if my refund had been processed i found their website was no longer there. I then called the company and left a message. I then googled the company name and all that came up was rip off report!!! If anyone is going to file suit please let me know so i can be included... My loss was about $30 including the return shipping but that money is not the point... I want these people to pay all of us back!!!

An interesting thought crossed my mind as i was writing this... Who would have access to so many manuals and figurines from lego??? An employee... Perhaps!? I am going to contact lego and let them know about this issue and see what happens!!!
