First a favorable comment. My wife loves your stores and would prefer to do all her shopping there, however she finds herself going to Nordstrom more often then Macy's and the reason is your Star Rewards as compaired to Nordstrom's offers. Your $20.00 off and 20% off cards are practically useless. Have you ever turned them over and read the exclusions? It seams like she's limited to dust pans and blenders, oops excuse me blenders are excluded also. Come on Macy's, give these things out less frequently or for lesser amounts, but let them have some value. My wife gets discount offers from Nordstrom that can be used for anything. She'll use a $20.00 gift certificate to purchase $150.00 worth of cosmetics at Nordstrom, I think you're losing on this pratice. Please reply if I am missing anything.
