I bought a extended warrenty policy from this company on an automobile, at the end of the policy period I was to recieve my purchase price in a refund if the extended policy was unused. I sent in the written request for the refund return form and have heard nothing back from them. Tried to call the office and recieved a message that all offices were closed until further notice. Sent an email and no reply.
