Back in November1 had received a diamond braclet instead of the tanzanite and diamond braclet that I had ordered, called them and they told me to return it and they would replace it WELL that has never happened I have called them numerous times and also emailed them many times, NO ONE ever returns my calls or emails, When I do get someone they say they will look into it and call me back Well that never happens. Also I had ordered a pair of earings and have never received them either Iems # were16903 Invoice number HH65107 and Invoice Number 64521 I have already payed for them total of $4125.00
How can a program continue to operate if they keep doing what they are doing and get away with it
