Pursue, ripoff, ignore

I am writing to advise you of the unethical practices of two of the timeshare selling companies. The first one is BuyATimeshare. I spoke with Justine Mallomo in February. Justine promised me that they would sell my timeshare in 6 months or so. After collecting $1,400 dollars from me over the next few months, all communications stopped from them. Prior to receiving the full payment, I had been contacted every day.

Justine was very empathetic that I was laid off and scammed into the timeshare deal and promised to rid me of the timeshare in a timely manner. Justine also stated that if any other company sold the property before they did, I would bet my money back.in June I called to discuss progress with Justine and was told that she was out on leave and that I was responsible to go on line and check on my own timeshare. I asked what service the company was providing me if I had to check to see who viewed my timeshare, know when and if to lower or raise the price, and keep an eye on the market myself? The responses were you are the seller and you are responsible for your own property. I felt like the biggest jackass on the planet. I have still not been able to speak to Justine again to date.

Don't fall for this. These people are scavengers! They are out to line their pockets with your money and make you work for them!!! All they do is put a pic of your property on-line and keep it movin. You're responsible for all other sales responsibilities. I haven't had any contact from this company is almost a year now. Don't do it!!!
