Lack of Customer Care

I admit, I have been rude towards some of the customer service reps but I am getting really fed up with how this company does business and who it does business with.in short, I checked my credit card statement recently, the company automatically withdrew a $65 monthly payment that I did NOT authorize because we are in the process of transferring over a lease. The paperwork was filled out in the presence of a lawyer so there should not have been any issues. That took place back in early March. The purchaser sent the paperwork via express mail with a tracking number.

I called this morning, April 4th to see if they received that package which they claimed they have not (but coincidently changed their minds after I got a bit firmer), because of the money taken from my card. They say it's up to "shipping and receiving" to deal with these packages and there is nothing that they can do... Well they did finally. Now they tell me that the paperwork is invalid because my name is in the document as well as the purchaser and the lawyer who acted as the notary. They want to send me another document and go through the whole thing even though I need to pay the lawyer again? Simple question is WHY? Why not just the document that I signed? The reason that I am transferring over the lease is that I cannot afford the $65 a month lease to own. Speaking of which, Pivotal Payments penalized me $2337 for supposedly breaking my lease, which by the way is more money than the debit/credit card terminal is worth. I looked up the definition of "liquidated dammages" and it states that I would be responsible if the machine is broken... Which it is NOT.

So I paid Pivotal and am still paying LFG the $65 rent to own and they are causing me great grief to transfer this lease over? Something is wrong with this picture. I can't make payments because the buisness went under, Pivotal penalizes me because no cards are being swiped hence the LIQUIDATED dammages, and LFG still wants their money? Why can't Pivotal pay LFG the more than what the machine is worth? Why can't my lease transfer document be valid if it's a transaction between me the vendor, the purchaser, and the lawyer who is the notary? How can LFG go over my head and debit my credit card money that I did not authorize? I am looking into this matter because I as an independent business owner got screwed over.
