Assistant Manager Cussed at my husband!

My husband went in for a hoagie and wanted the ones that had just been made. She then told him that they couldn't do that. He told her that they've done it before for him. She said "you are a smart* everytime you come in here and you really don't want to * with me today!" I've spoken to a lawyer and could sue this company. We have decided not to if something is done about this. That is NO way to speak to a customer.
