Non Fullfilment for Online Orde

The corporation comes with an online shop. I put a purchase more than 3 months before and was billed for my purchase and released a bill. The I never heard from their website again. I named the organization from their printed quantity about the bill. No solution, only a concept. I've spent hours looking to get in touch with their Customer Support Division and after providing them with the Bill amount, they stated they had a need to investigated bill and obtain back with me. After three months of awaiting my purchase I eventually got ahold of the supervisor and was informed the item was on back-order and he did't understand when he'd get products.

No conversation in the organization and after putting my purchase and investing in it I had been returned my income.
