Poor service and accountability

If you are looking for transcription services, DO NOT hire Writers Plus Chaos. Though their testimonials are positive, I had an abysmal experience. They require a 50% deposit and I paid it in good faith, but five weeks later I still do not have my transcripts. When I first contacted them about the late transcripts, they were very apologetic and said they would remedy it. However, nothing happened, and a phone call and numerous e-mails went unanswered. I would have preferred a call saying we can't do it, rather than being ignored. As someone who relies on transcription for my research, I am very disappointed, and behind on my work. I do NOT recommend them at all.
